Visiting one of our display homes is a great way to explore your options and see what your future Eight Homes could look like. So, what can you expect when you visit us?
In this blog, Sales Consultant Billy Spaseski unpacks the process and shares his advice for people thinking about building with Eight Homes.
- Expert help
Whether you choose to visit Billy or another one of our Sales Consultants, you can expect a friendly welcome and expert help. We recommend coming with a list of questions to ask us, as well as a good understanding of your needs and budget.
“Visiting one of our display homes is an important step, especially for first home buyers who might not be familiar with home building or who would like more guidance,” Billy said.
“We will discuss your circumstances and outline our offering, including prices, standard inclusions and what to expect during the building process.”
- The chance to explore
After meeting your Sales Consultant, you’ll have a guided walk-through of our display, and then the opportunity to thoroughly explore the space on your own. You’ll have lots of time to walk through each room, open cupboards, and get a feel for the layout and functionality of the design.
“I’d suggest going from room-to-room and taking pictures and videos as you walk through. This way, you can see how the space would work for you and your family,” Billy said.
- An accurate representation of your future home
Many of our displays showcase close to standard specifications, allowing you to see what features are already included in the design. Additionally, we have a Grand range of larger double-storey homes that showcase the upgraded features available to you.
“When you’re walking through some of our display homes, you should see an accurate representation of what your finished home will look like.” said Billy. “If we’ve included upgrades, such as a waterfall bench top kitchen island or an extra window, we’ll point this out to you.”
