All New Affordable Eight

We are delighted to announce that due to the overwhelming popularity of our limited edition Affordable Eight range, we have made it a permanent addition to our home design collection.

First launched in late 2023, the Affordable Eight range was developed to respond to cost-of-living pressures by providing homebuyers with high-quality, affordable home designs.

Collaborating with designers, engineers and leading suppliers, we based the range on some of our most popular designs, reconfiguring floor plans and removing non-essential items to reduce price points by up to 20%.

Building on this success, we have further refined and improved the designs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients. The updated range now offers some of the most competitive prices in the industry, with a 14sq single-storey, three-bedroom home available from just $167,900.
