Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to join our team and be part of building our next phase of success at Eight Homes. The role reports directly into our General Manager of Sales and is responsible for leading an established team of sales consultants. You should be an exceptional people leader who thrives on building teams to achieve excellence that is demonstrated through results. As a proven sales leader your passion will be evident, your mindset will drive customer-first outcomes and your professionalism will ensure quality & accuracy. You will have the ability to efficiently manage workloads, deadlines, sales targets and multiple priorities. You approach challenges with optimism and enable your team to do so also. You are savvy and articulate when bringing forward your ideas and observations of key market trends. Your days are filled with coaching, upskilling and developing your team, working with your stakeholders to collaborate and drive business outcomes.
Whilst training in our systems, processes and ways of working is provided, you already will be a capable and encouraging people leader. Experience in the residential construction industry is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching & development of sales team
- Manage CRM and sales operation
- Conduct regular sales meetings
- Work cross functionally to share insights
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Conduct and analyse competitor research
- Drive targets and results across the sales team
- Participate in ongoing self growth & continuous improvement
- Oversee OHS requirements in display centres
- Lead and inspire sales team
Requirements:
- Experience as a sales manager role (preferably in residential construction but not essential)
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Encouraging leadership & coaching
- Willingness to learn & thrive
