What's on offer?
Eight Homes is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator - Presite to join our team.

Within this role your responsibilities would include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service while fostering and sustaining strong customer relationships.

  • Maintain client files and related documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and promptly schedule and confirm client appointments.

  • Ensure timely correspondence with stakeholders and follow up on all necessary documentation with clients' lenders or mortgage brokers.

  • Manage workflow administration by ensuring regular client contact, keeping databases updated, handling financial updates, approving titles, and processing relevant permit documentation

  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote cross-departmental alignment, ensuring a seamless workflow and a positive client experience.

  • Support Contract Presenter to prepare contracts and input build times as per Eight Homes guidelines.

  • Follow up on all unsigned documentation with clients and work closely with relevant departments to promptly resolve any client queries.

  • Raise and monitor Tender Variations (TV), Post Contract Variations (PCV), and Building Variations (BV), and amend related documents, including Colour Documents, as needed.

Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a customer facing role within residential building/construction environment

  • Intermediate computer skills in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM programs

  • An understanding of building regulations, building codes, and the various stages of the residential building process, as well as knowledge of the MBAV contract and the ability to interpret architectural plans, is preferred but not required.
