Why Eight Homes?

Eight Homes was created in 2012, after identifying a need in the market for an efficient yet affordable alternative to home building.

This exciting new venture led to the creation of a ground-breaking, streamlined building process, allowing us to deliver outstanding quality and unbeatable value, while making buying and building a new home easier than ever.

We’ve done all the hard work by putting the best features and finishes into our designs, making it easy to get a quality new home at the price you want.
