Here we will provide you with options and information on everything you need to know about Eight Homes and help you establish what you are looking for in your new home.

At this stage, the plan you’ve selected will be reviewed by our team of experts to assess the buildability and complete a site review.

We will take you on a guided walk through of our display homes, help you build your wish list and show you options including façade alternatives.

Our finance partner Park Group, will call you to provide a no obligation finance qualification in order to understand or confirm your borrowing capacity.

Using your wish list, your Sales Consultant will discuss selections, your pre-planner building assessment and explain any possible constraints and compliance requirements with your block.

At this stage, your Sales Consultant will provide a preliminary quote, marked up plans and a siting of your home on your block. From here, a Preliminary Contract fee is payable at the time of sign off.

By this stage we have completed a feature survey & property reports on your block of land. Based on this information we can now proceed with concept plans.

At this appointment you’ll select your colours with your Colour Consultant to formally finalise your homes fixtures, fittings and finishes.

Contract signing will follow the documentation of your colour selections & contract drawings. Once signed, you will then be assigned a dedicated Pre-site Client Manager to guide you through to site start.

With our assistance, we require you to complete: Abolishment of services, Demolition Permit, Demolition and Asbestos (if applicable) Clearance Certificates, Asset Protection and Underground Power Application Lodged.

Once the pre-existing home is demolished, we will take care of everything else!

Once your building approval and finance approval come through – we are ready to start building your new home.
Congratulations – we are ready to go to site!
